For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy directly and they will fax a refill request to our office. You can also request refills through the Aprima Patient Portal. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
For urgent medical concerns outside of office hours, please call our main number at 972-475-9505 to reach our answering service. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
No referral is needed. You can schedule an appointment directly by calling our office or requesting one through our website.
We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office at 972-475-9505 to verify your specific coverage before your visit.
