What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment typically lasts about 45-60 minutes. We want to get to know you, understand your health history, and discuss any concerns you may have. Here’s how to prepare:

  • Complete your patient forms before arriving (download below or fill out in-office)
  • Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card
  • Bring a list of current medications, including supplements
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork
  • Write down any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss
